Keep Running After 50

If you have started running ,you are a runner. Just because you have a bad day and did not run very far or if you take a few days off, don't give up. The benefits of running will pay off. I like the article in the October 2006 issue of O ( Oprah magazine) Carol Mittens mention" magic potion for staying young is exercise". Running is a great way to exercise. I love it because, there are so many places I can run. I have mapped out the 2 mile run in my neighborhood; I run in the indoor track at the gym and of course I run on the tread mill. I have not started my first fun run yet however; that is my next goal. Keep running and stay healthy.

Start Running and lose weight

If you want to lose weigh Start running. You are never to old to start running. It is a sport most people can do. The most important thing to remember is to start slow. Listen to your body. I have started running and I love it. The first week I started walking and them I started out running two minutes and walking three minutes for intervals of six and now I am up to running eight minutes and walking two minutes intervals of three. I am also losing weight. If you want to lose weight try this and let me if it works for you. For a bonus I also have more energy. Good luck and keep healthy.
